Starting

Here I've tacked the frame around an oven rack. The frame is made of two forks of angle iron, and square stock at the rear. This will allow the rack to slide forward and into the oven.

Prevention

The little strip of metal here will prevent the rack from tipping out of the forked arms if the center of gravity goes forward of the middle of the rack.

Welding Post

Here the fork is being welded to the upright. This, of course, is upside-down to try to keep things flat and square.

Finished

Here you can see the Alltrade base. The fork has been braced by another fork from below. The upright bolts to the bases, and can be taken down for ease of transport. I've welded triangle gussets to the upright. The welds aren't pretty, I know, but they'll hold it all together...

Again, you can see how this will slide the oven rack into the oven, making the transition from coating to baking easier and safer.
