One of the previous owners felt 3/4" thick bondo was good enough for structural work.

Little bubbles seem to mean no metal.

Here you can see the sill falling away from the front fender.

This looked like some surface rust, but shows right though.

This shot shows the other side of the falling corner.

On a positive note there was a little metal behind this rust.

The driver's side sill is not as bad as the passenger's, but it still has to be replaced.

More Bondo. We thought it was odd that this side looked so much better than the passenger side.

One ugly rear end.

This section is going to require some serious rust repair. The sanding disk we used would not cut into clean metal, only left a thin layer of surface

Even the window sills are rotted.

We found significant cancer under the weather strip.

We plan on cleaning up this area to allow running the intake pipe to pick up some cold air, and possibly sneak in an intercooler!

Engine bay looks unkempt, but has lots of potential. This is what a Metro Turbo engine setup looks like before cleaning.

It actually cleaned up pretty good. This was taken after the engine degreaser but before the pressure washer.

Some where down there is a tiny little turbo!
